"Of course," smirked the general before turning towards Walburg to get the human's bow. The soldier snatched the wooden bow away and gave it to the mage. Valmar then looked at the mage, cracking his knuckles. "Tell me when you think you're injured enough, I do go overboard." Wow, this is the first time the Roman was cautious of not completely harming a human. With that thought out of the way, the general punched the mage in the face.

Leon looked at the soldier, who looked crushed that he lost his bow. 'He must have been really attached to it, too bad I'm probably going to end up giving it to whomever at the castle.' Then, with warning he felt a punch to the face, 'Damn! That hurt.' Blood ran down from his nose and he was sure he heard a crack, broken. This was probably the first time he had been punch and he was okay with it, still hurt like hell though. There would be no way to help that one with fire and no way he wanted to burn his face. He debated for a second, "I think that might be good."

Cruz frowned when the recurve bow was taken from him. Then he looked at Leon as the general cracked his knuckles and prayed that the vampire punched too hard and turned his entire head to mush. When Valmar struck Leon, the blonde commander savored the wet cracking sound.

Before the general could strike another punch at the mage, he said that was enough. Well, what a weakling, he was only hitting him softly. Then again, humans were weak. "If you must, you could state you saw our forces are heading towards Llias. It'll make them think we've change our plans and decided to attack a weaker target. Hopefully, it'll force them drive some of their forces away from the city."

Leon thought for a moment, that sounded like a good idea as well, but it would depend on how the people in Caods believed his story or not. It was worth a shot thought since it would weaken the force in the city. "I'll see what can do when I get there, if they seem wary of me I will try not to push it too hard. At the very least they won't be prepared for the siege weapons. Is there anything else in Cados you want taken care of while I am there?" He might as well since he would be there and he might enjoy it too.

"Perfect," replied Valmar, "I'm not sure what else you can do for me other then stand on look out. Right before we attack, you can cause some chaos within the wall to create a diverson. But I'll get into detail on that when we get closer to the city."

Leon looked back at the depressed soldier, then back at Valmar. "Alright, I'll be staying in the local tavern in Cados after I talk to the officials. Send word if you need anything else." He smiled at Cruz, "Have fun." Word needed to get to Cados quick, if this was going to work. He looked at the forest that was now starting to get blazing and walked into it, time for some politics.

Cruz picked up on all this information, for all the good it would do him as a captive. At Leon's farewell to him, he grit his teeth and gave the other a glare. If there was any sort of justice in the world, that man would burn a slow and painful death. But then Leon departed, leaving Cruz the only living human among vampires.
