Name: Stella Rein Gwenanotta
Age: 210 years
Age Turned: 32
Gender: Female
Occupation: Applying for Vampire Warlord
Residence: Mostly Tiaelde Mountains, but ventures into Cados every now and then
Physical Description: Slim, and a little above average height at about 5"10'. She has curly chestnut brown hair that falls just below her shoulders, and tired, almond shaped, and dark brown eyes.
Garment: Stella dresses very fashionably, within reason of course. There's really not that much time to go out and buy fancy clothing when one is infected with vamprism, especially considering the fact that most tailors close before sundown. Cados is the best place to find fashionable clothing, so whenever she gets a chance she always finds a way to get herself over to the capital city to look around. Over the years, she has learned to sew and gather materials for clothing, so most of her clothing nowadays is either homemade or saved from when she was still human.
Weapon: Stella is pretty unbiased when it comes to weapons. As a teenager, she was trained in long range and close range weaponry by an instructor in the palace. After being infected, she was picked up and adopted by an older vampire and taught the art of hand-to-hand combat, which has proved very useful since she's been out on her own. Her favorite close range weapon is the halberd and her favorite long range weapon is the crossbow, which she carries around with her when out on the town, along with a dagger.
Demeanor: If Stella's parents saw her today, they'd think that she looked familiar, but they wouldn't be able to place a name to her face. She's not the energetic dancer and starving artist that she used to be, although she still enjoys art. Of course, her love for glamor and luxury has never left her, as one would be able to see by her lair. She surrounds herself in earthly materials and lavish treasures, usually keeping monocrhome tapestries and furniture to contrast with the occasional precious stone or metal.
She remains just as ecstatic and unique as she was before the infections, maybe even more by now. Her strange style of dress compared to other vampires has been noticed and spoken of occasionally, and her dark room filled with any artwork that she can find is usually one of the first things people notice about her style. Stella tends to sway towards more emotional and dark colors and styles, which is only common for the vampires.
On the other hand, her thinking has become much deeper and more strategic. Thoughts of the day she was infected are now replaced with thoughts of the day she will get revenge for what was done to her. They run through her head all day, building up more and more anxiousness and hatred towards the human race. Her trips to Cados consist of much more than only looking for new fashions, but also of looking for nooks and crannies and weak areas in the city walls. They consist of looking for busy nights and sleepy days and parties and feasts for the Royal Family. They consist of befriending certain people, including city guards and business owners. One might not notice anything too suspicious at first glance, but there's much more to her than what meets the eye.
Wtih her thought out hatred for the human race, comes the anxiousness to get her revenge. Although she understands the importance of patience in this situation, she's also dying to smell the sweet smell of revenge and indulge herself on the blood of humans. When a moment is occuring or a battle is being fought, she can get very caught up and very loud, at times increasing morale and at other times threatening defeat. Her attempts to maintain her volume level fail at times, but she manages her defeats as they come. After all, success isn't inevitable.
In most cases, she tries to accept blame for mistakes that she caused, but she usually ends up defending herself at even the slightest warning or comment. Her defensive personality comes in handy when defending herself against the enemy, but not when trying to discuss plans with allies, or even possible allies. Usually, her arguments with friends are forgotten just as soon as they're started, but her arguments with enemies are remembered until karma does its work. With Stella, karma doesn't do its work until she gets a hold of them.
Story of their Change: Stella started out in a family of artists and performers, living within the castel walls in Cados. They were offered a residence by the King of Thrunalhin, himself, after having enjoyed a few performances by a troupe that they were a part of. As long as they performed free for the Royal Family, they were given a residence and supplies for living, usually above the average standard in the kingdom.
The Head Advisor seemed to have taken some kind of interest in Stella, always giving her peculiar looks, but he was considerably older, although not more than fifteen years. She still considered those two ages more of a mentor-type relationship than a relationship among peers. Her style back then was just as unique as it is today, so she would use excuses that related to her clothing, but she also noticed that he would only watch her while she danced in performances.
One night while Stella was in the dressing room, relaxing after a performance, she heard a voice behind a rather large portrait of the Queen. Unsure and curious, she looked behind it and was lured into an underground arena-like area. A rather large amount of candles scattered all about the floor and walls lit the room with enough light to see silhouettes. Another large fire in the center of the room revealed her older brother and her father. After looking around for a moment more, she realized that she was in some kind of vampric ritual, and the Head Advisor must have been a vampire.
Another moment brought about the realization that her father was tying her brother to a stake stuck in the fire. A scream for help brought about a man to hold her as her father tried to bargain vamprism and love for life. A refusal brought about a painful feeling in her neck and a broken feeling in her chest, and a few years brought about the opening of her eyes at the side of a river in the forest and the realization that she could never return to the human settlements again.
