Zephyr frowned, looking rather upset by the fact that he'd only just figured out what she was. She didn't have any intention of harming him, not until she was done having her fun and that could take years she knew. She made a face that looked rather distraught and shrugged her slender shoulders, blinking her yellow eyes at him. "Is that a problem?" she asked, looking as if she didn't understand why he was so upset. "If I had any interest in your blood, you would have already been drained and your body disposed of. So obviously I don't want you dead. And I'm taking you back to Tiaelde like you asked so what's wrong?" She didn't look very pleased in that moment, her frown small and definitely showing how upset she was at being found out. She sauntered closer, touching his arm gently with her fingers and looking up at him and trying to pull his attention back to her beauty. "You aren't interested in having me now?" she asked, voice alluring.

"Well...yes...of course I am," Scipio babbled, looking at his sword as though uncertain how it had sprung into his hand. "I was just...surprised, that's all...I've never met a Vampire before and...well...you guys don't exactly have a great reputation, do you?"
He smiled weakly, feeling his face burn as he sheathed his weapon. He replaced his hand at her waist, although feeling strangely awkward at his very un-manly reaction. "So, um...are there a lot of Vampires around here, then?" he asked, suddenly over conscious of his heartbeat. You think she can hear that? he wondered with a trill of fear.

"Well I'm sorry that my kind's reputation is so horrible." Her smile returned as he spoke and she noted the reddness of his face, the sound of his quickly beating heart. Zephyr leaned closer, then up, and stole a kiss. And then she pulled away from him and beckoned him after her like she had before, heading back in the direction of Tiaelde. His question could go unanswered; he didn't need to know that sort of information. "So are you coming?" she asked over her shoulder, turning slightly as she stopped so she could see him. "I mean, I could always leave you here for the other vampires to find. But that wouldn't be much fun for me tonight." She flashed him another brilliant smile and winked.

"Of course I'm coming," now grinning rather like an idiot, Scipio caught up to her.
"So there are other Vampires here, huh? Where's your hideout, the mountain?" he chuckled. "There's not much out here, is there?"

Boy, for acting like an idiot, Scipio was picking up information without her saying really anything. So he wasn't exactly stupid. Zephyr was getting attached, even if she knew better. This time, she looped an arm around him and walked with a hand on his waist. She led him along quietly for a time, shifting the strap of her broadsword sheath once or twice. "There really isn't anything out here, no," she finally answered, looking up at Scipio with her bright gaze. "And I'm not telling you anything more than that." She gave him her trademark smile and blinked, before turning to pay attention to where she was walking.

Scipio smirked. Like hell she wasn't going to tell him anything more; he would just have to find the right times to prick her for information.
"Fine, fine," he sighed. Gingerly taking her hand, he swung it playfully, glancing around at the surrounding trees. Unless she was intending to screw him over (and not in the good way), what had begun as an awful morning had seemingly become one of the best days ever.
"I'll tell you a little about me, then," he said, wincing as the sun caught him in the face and tweaked his headache. "I have a large house back in Cados...a bit too large for just me, it gets lonely...I come from a long line of warriors, myself included, and as such I was also born into a good deal of wealth." He was leaving out crucial details, however, but she didn't need to know those.

"Scipio, I already know all that." Zeph looked up at him with a smile, blinking her bright eyes. She knew she had him caught now. He was going to stay her little pet and he'd probably like it, too. He didn't seem the sort that often had women that liked him, what from the film of dirt over his body to the fact that he had been wandering drunk. But that didn't matter to her; she was having fun. "But I am interested in your large house," she stated, teasingly. "Too bad you aren't heading there. I might have some travelling coming up and I'm certain I could have come to Cados on my trip." She giggled, squeezing his hand gently. Tiaelde was coming into view now, and her hunger was also beginning to grow. So she would need to get Scipio wherever and go for a hunt. But he wasn't going to know about that.

Scipio was almost alittle disappointed to see the town oming into view below them.
"How doy ou know so muc about me?" He asked, quirking an eyebrow. "Do Vampires read minds, or something?" He smirked.
Squeezing her hand in return, he glicked her a smile. "You're welcome to it whenevr, of coruse, for however long you would like." Forever, even, he thought foolishly, but kept that too mhimself.

"It's easy to pick up information if you look into certain people," Zephyr answered, smiling up at Scipio again. "I don't read minds but I can give the appearance I do by knowing exactly what I need to. And, thank you, I will definitely come with you to Cados if I get a chance." Yes, she was rather attached to the drunk man she'd found now. He would make a good toy, someone she could visit when she needed something to do. She giggled lightly, the thought sounding completely dirty in her mind. She continued walking, letting Scipio set the pace if he was so against getting there this soon. She didn't mind. She could hunt any time.

(0_0 woww...BAD ARROW....)
Sensing Zephyr slow down, Scipio took the opportunity to bring the march entirely to a halt. Turning, he put a hand on her cheek.
"Let's go somewhere," he cooed softly, brushing a strand of hair out of her eyes. He wasn't sure what the Vampires intentions- her favors- had exactly entailed, but he was fearing that, as soon as they reached Tiaelde, the two would go their separate ways.
(I'M SORRY HARHUNT! IT'S COMPLETELY IN HIS CHARACTER THO!)

Zephyr halted and looked up at Scipio as he touched her face. She raised a brow and looked curious about this sudden change in ideas. But she really did want a meal. And biting him would create more of a problem than a solution. She made a face that showed she was debating on what she wanted to do. She supposed she could hunt later; it wasn't like she was going to snap right now and kill everything. But on the other hand, she didn't want him to think she was going to give him everything he wanted too. So, choice made, she smiled up at him and blinked her bright yellow eyes. "Now, now," she said, releasing him and backing off completely. "You have to promise to help me with whatever I want before we get to Tiaelde. And I promise that, if you do, I will make sure I come to see you. And I'll take you with me wherever I go, if I leave Tiaelde." She nodded as if she liked the sound of that, giving him a wider smile. "So do you like the deal or should I just leave you here to go to Tiaelde and forget I ever spoke to you?" she asked, tilting her head slightly, the white braid at the side of her face resting against her cheek. "Because I would really, really like to keep you around, little pet."

"Sure," Scipio murmured, without really thinking. He liked the idea of taking care of her, of being with her constantly. Having a constant, other than his nightly brew, would feel like he was adding purpose into his otherwise meaningless existence. "It's a deal."

Zephyr clapped her hands together as if she were a pleased child, grinning widely. "Wonderful!" she said, cheerfully. "Then let's go find you somewhere to sleep tonight. I don't need my pet getting in trouble or getting killed." She took his hand again and started walking once more, her pace much faster than it had been before. Now that she had a new toy, she wanted to go brag to Vincencio when he came. Her sire's letter had only just come so she knew she had some days yet before arrival, but she also had to speak with Valmar to see if he had anything he wished her to do. And Scipio would survive a little bit without her company, she was sure. As long as he didn't get lost by the mountain again. "Let's take you to the Mountain Goat and get you a room there," she said, looking up at him. "And I'll make sure I come see you soon. I promise."

"Wait, wait," Scipio pulled up short, frowning. "Come and see me soon? You're leaving?"
He was suddenly feeling uneasy, as well as disappointed- it was no secret that the villagers of Tiaelde were deathly afraid of the mountain, but Scipio had not shared this fear until Zephyr uttered the words "getting killed". She didn't seem to be kidding, and he was beginning to wonder if association with her would suddenly put him into danger.
He put his free hand on her shoulder, trying to catch her eyes. "I thought you were staying with me?" Not disappearing immediately.

"Well I can't just leave my job hanging," Zephyr said, halting again. "I have to tell my boss I'm going to be more busy than normal, you know?" She thought for a moment, looking as if she were worried. "If I come back tonight, can I leave you for a little bit?" she asked, blinking up at him. "I really have to go and make sure I'm not needed." She tilted her head. Would that be okay? She hoped it would. But he had made a deal and he wouldn't dare break it. It wouldn't be smart. "You made a deal," she pointed out, tilting her head the other way. "Are you going to go back on your word because I have to leave for a little bit?"
