The crashing of the waves was a soothing sound, the gulls in the air crying as they coasted on the updrafts from the water. The Sentry Tower was another place of hiding for the woman sitting beside it, someplace she could go read her books in peace. Currently her blue-green eyes were scanning over the pages of a novel, clearly interested in the false story within. She was taking a break from her research, a few hours to let her mind wind down so that she could concentrate better on her work. There was a small smile on her face as she flipped the page and continued to read from the top of the next, her slender hands grasping the book gently. She was wearing a shirt, white and baggy and much too big for her. Beside her a pair of brown trousers were folded neatly and a pair of leather boots beside that. She had been wearing clothing today, moving through her storage of books to find things to read and pull information from. But she had drawn away the clingy clothing, leaving only the thin shirt on her person. She lifted a hand and drew her fingers across the page of the book with a sigh, noting the page and closing the book with a 'thump'. Oh well, she'd have to get back to work soon... She lifted her eyes and stared at the blue, cloud strewn sky, thinking to herself. "If only," she murmured.

Valcyn stood on the Sentry Tower, a silent spectator to the great ocean that spread as far as the eye could see. She liked it up here, where there was nothing to take her mind off of the things that mattered most. Such as political issues. Valcyn had no love for politics, but would deal with them if she had to. Such was the way of the world. She looked around, having the feeling someone else was there. She finally spotted Yeszlin. "Oh, hello." She said, nodding politly to the other Werewolf.

Yeszlin lowered her gaze, looking around. Where had that come from? She blinked her eyes and looked up toward the Sentry Tower. The grass against her skin was tickling and she stood up. Someone was up there, she assumed. She abandoned her clothing there, resting the book she'd been reading on her folded pants and heading up. She looked at Valcyn and nodded. "Hello," she said in reply. "I wondered where you were." She gave a small smile, blond hair blown back away from her face by a gust of ocean wind. "What are you doing at the Sentry Tower?" she asked, curiously.

Valcyn looked back out at the ocean for a moment before answering. "It helps me concentrate on my thoughts, the ocean. Takes me away from everything distracting." She told the other, looking back towards Yeszlin. "Why are you here?" Then Valcyn spotted the book. "Ah. You read here." She answered her own question. Then she sighed and fell silent once again, her eyes drifting back towards the vast expanse of the ocean.

"Yes, I read here," Yeszlin confirmed, looking out at the ocean as well. "There aren't many places one can find to read and study without being interupted." The wind from the waves sent the shirt billowing around her body, outlining her slender frame well. She sighed, shaking her head gently. So much that needed done and she was wasting time. She silently chastised herself, as if Valcyn had reminded her that she wasn't doing her duties to her kind. She glanced at Valcyn, studying her for a moment. She hadn't ever run into the other female here... She wondered why if Valcyn claimed the ocean helped her with her thoughts.
