"I'm sure he'll be happy to hear it. And you're not just my subject, you're my general, which makes it that much more important that we stay on the same page." He paused, considering if there was anything he'd missed. "That's it for now. We can discuss anything more at the tavern in Cados."

"Alright, my lord," replied Valmar, "I shall mobilize my troops and meet you in the recommended time slot." He couldn't wait to be dismissed.

"Ah, one more thing." Seriah commented, stepping closer to the large vampire to keep his tone conspiratory and keep anyone else from hearing. "See to it that the entire royal family is killed during the attack. I don't want prince Lorin captured, escaping, or god forbid, turned." He was fairly certain this was something Valmar understood the reasoning behind. He'd only told the vampires at the last meeting that prince Lorin would be spared if he surrendered. As far as they need know, Lorin didn't surrender. He stepped back, "That's all."

"Your wish is your command," Valmar replied grimly, "I will ensure that nobody survives." The general didn't need Seriah permission for that order; he was going to kill them all anyways.

Seriah pressed his fingers to his forehead. "I'm happy for your enthusiasm, but we don't want the entire castle slaughtered. Those of the nobility that will surrender should be turned. We do need to bolster our own side through this take over. Any nobility we turn has little choice but to turn to our side, or they'll just end up loosing their titles anyway. If we just kill indiscriminately it will make maintaining control afterwards, as well as dealing with there were's more difficult. We talked about this during the last meeting, Valmar." Kill all who resist, turn those that surrender. Seriah hoped it was a rather straight forward order. "There's no mercy to the royal blood line, because alive, or undead, they hold a blood right to the throne. We can be more lenient to the rest."

"I understand," replied the general, "I'll make sure everyone in the royal family is killed." He clearified. "As for any of the nobles, it'll be their choice: join or die." Of course, he wasn't going to kill every noble. They needed some people with political experience to help structure the new government. "Now excuse me, I think I should go back to the mountain and assemble my troops. We do need to cover much ground if we are going to meet the timetable."

"Very good. And thank you, Valmar." With a nod to the other vampire he turned to leave as well. He'd just take a look around Tiaelde before heading back to check on Ashemir and Draven.

The general bowed before Seriah as he left. He then got back up and went out to find Alexis. He found his captain rounding up humans, dividing which ones to convert, to use as food, or to save for later. Valmar went up to Alexis and said, "We need to gather up the troops, we're striking Cados."
"Cados? Isn't that bit far. It'll be heavifully defended by the time we make it," objected the captain.
"It is, but if we get started now and rush, we can make it in four days," countered the general, "Besides, our Warlord has a plan. He always have a plan." With that, the two leaders went back to the mountain to assemble their army, for in four days, they'll strike Cados.
