Analisia nodded at his answer. As much as she had expected, and hoped for. She smiled at him softly. Then looked away. "I am glad for that Travis. There is alot that we will have to overcome...." She looks back towards him, then decides to make a rash move and kisses his lips gently. It felt nice, and right. But after a few moments she pulled away. Blushing softly. She turned back to the deer and started to set some meat aside for later, that would need to be cooked and bundled up so that it would keep. Her eyes stayed averted from Travis, embarrasment causing her cheeks to blush softly.

The kiss was quite unexpected for the ranger. Yet, it felt right for he had feelings for her. Despite the difficulties that will come from being a relationship with a werewolf, he didn't care so long he was with her. Besides, he knows a thing or two about taboo relationships.
Sadly, he felt the kiss was too short, but then again, maybe it was right. Afterall, this was going sort of fast for the ranger, who only met Analisia a total of two days. Yet despite those two days, He has fallen in love with the werewolf. He went behind Analisia, started to rub her shoulders and whispered to her ear, "I love you. Despite the obsticle, we will over come it."

Analisia's eyes went wide with shock when Travis said he loved her... Love? They had known each other only for a few days and he loved her? She pulled away from him, shaking her head. "No, no, no, no.... I am sorry Travis. I like you alot... but that is too much too fast..." She turned to look at him, the shift moving his hands away from her. She felt bad, she really liked Travis... "I am really sorry Travis, but if we are going to have this... relationship, we have to take it slower." She looks at him, her eyes begging him to understand. She took his hands in her own, holding them tightly.

What did he say? What did he do? He was trying to get into the moment and all of the sudden, she got scared. He didn't mean to hurt her or anything. When she explained it, it made sense to the ranger. He was, unexpectively, going too fast. He didn't mean to, but he was trying to rush things through. Travis knew that was wrong, especially since this relationship was crossing many boundaries to begin with.
"I understand," he replied calmly, "I didn't mean to rush things with you, I'm sorry." He smiled and held her hands firmly. "If you want to take things slowly, then I'll slow it down for you." He then let go of her hand and got up. "I think I should get some firewood. We need to have a fire anyways, right." He gave a smile.

Analisia gave him a sad smile and nodded. It was only the beginning of the day, but she coulde already tell that it was going to be long and difficult. She stood up along with Travis, the smile still on her face. "I think I shall find some pine cones or something, just to go along with the meat." She starts to walk away, then turns suddenly and gives Travis a hug. "I am glad to have you Travis. I really am." With that she takes off to find something to make this meal a little more filling than just meat.
And to give her time to proccess things of course. Sighing softly, she set herself to the task.

After Travis embraced Analisia in a hug, he went off to collect some wood for a fire. He went around the forest floor, picking up bundles of twigs to use as kinling. During this time, he thought about what he said. When did love become a bad word? God did say love your neighbor as yourself. Then again, could this be because Ana is a loner? Werewolves aren't suppose to be loners, it's in their nature to live in their packs. He wondered why she lived this life. Was it because she chose to or was because she did something wrong? Whatever the case, it seemed to have developed her trust issues. At least he was glad that she saw comfort with him.

After about half an hour of collecting berries, pine cone, pine needles, and other such filling foodstuffs, Analisia went back to the deer carcass. She had taken the time to think about everything that she and Travis had said and done. And decided to have a little chat with him once he came back with firewood. She really did want to be with him, but it would be difficult. As she thought to herself, she took a piece of her hair and placed it in her mouth, chewing on it as almost an after thought.
"Do I love Travis? Could I really want to be with him like that?" She asked herself aloud, almost as if talking to the wind and the trees. "And if I do... What would happen when it is time for me to return to my pack? What would I tell them?"

After collecting a good bundle of wood, he made his trip back to Analisia. Along his way back, he could hear her speaking out loud. At first, he wasn't sure what she was talking about. But as he got closer, it became more apperate what she was talking about. She too was confronting her feelings towards this relationship. He could tell she cared about him, but she also had a pack to attend with. He wasn't sure what to say or do. Still, he walked up to her, pretending he didn't hear anything, and starting to create a firepit.

Analisia was startled when Travis came out of nowhere with the firewood. She had been too preoccupied with her own thoughts to listen or smell for intruders. Which she berated herself for mentally. If she continued on this way she might as well invite disaster...
"I found some berries, perhaps something that could be turned into a good tea or juice." she smiles half heartedly. Then puts down a make shift bag made from a corner of her cloak, filled with the berries and pine cones. "And if you break open the pine cones, the seeds inside are quite tasty." She smiles at Travis and waits for him to finish making the fire. In the meantime she sat down and curled her arms around her legs. Not very good at small talk, Analisia prefered to say nothing at this point rather than blunder along.

"Interesting," replied the ranger with a smile, "I guess I'll keep that in mind." After clearing away some vegitation and creating a circle of rocks, the fire pit was ready. He layed the sticks like a teepee, ensuring there was enough fuel but also enough air for the fire. After placing some dry leaves and with a few good sparks from his flint and steel, he successed in creating a good fire.
Travis turned back to Analisia with a smile, "Well look at this fire, why don't you come over?"

Analisia watched Travis build the fire, then smiled at him and nodded. She got up and walked over to Travis, sitting down close beside him. "You know... we really dont know that much about each other," she looks him in the eyes and smiles again. Then turns her gaze back to the fire. "And you dont really seem curious about what I am like most of the people who find out. Most of them are like Markus, asking as many questions as possible. As if I know more about my kin than they do... And others treat me like I am some sort of ragged mutt... Something to be kicked away." She chuckles sadly, then leans her head against Travis' shoulder, staring into the fire.

Travis allowed her to rest his shoulder as he placed his arm around her shoulders. "Well, it's because I know what I need to know about werewolves," he answered, "Besides, I'm pretty sure you get annoyed being asked the same set of questions over and over and over again." He stared into the fire some more, making sure it didn't need more fuel. So far it was good. "I do feel bad how people treat you. So far, you've been a good wolf. You're caring, fun, protective...I wouldn't treat you horribly."

"I know you wouldn't, but you have a kind soul. Few people have that these days," it was strange, how comforted she felt when he wrapped his arm around her shoulder. It was something that felt natural. "If you know what you need to know about werewolves, that means you can jump past those questions and start asking about the real me. If you want to that is." She moves a bit closer to him, so that they could both be more comfortable in the posistion they were in. Then moves her head from his shoulder to look up into his eyes.

The ranger tilted his head and smiled at Analisia. He would like to learn more about the real her. The problem was that he didn't know where to start. Well, he did have one question, but he was afraid she'll get upset. Still, it was something Travis wanted to know, and she seemed she might answer it to him. "I guess my first question is why are you a loner? It's not typical for a werewolf to live outside it's pack." He bit his lip, hoping he didn't speak soon...

It was the question she most dreaded, and one she was sad to relate. Her eyes flashed with her grief, but didn't move from Travis'. "I did something selfish, something stupid, and it hurt my pack." With a sigh, she prepared herself to relive that moment in her life. "I was young, had just come of age and chose to be a hunter. It was only a few weeks after my birthday... I came upon vampire tracks, they were close to the pack's home and I decided it would be too dangerous to let them live... Or that is what I told myself. I tracked down the vampire's and found a den of them. I fought them off for a bit.... but there were too many, and I was too young, and not trained well enough yet. I ran... Right back to the pack. I led the den of vampire's straight to my pack, and in the process we lost many pack mates. In my selfishness, to show everyone how proud and strong and able I was... I led to the loss of my kin. The Alpha banished me, sent me into exile so that I could learn on my own what I did not learn from my pack. But my time of exile is slowly coming to a close, and I can only hope that one day they might welcome me back." She didn't realize it, but tears were slowly falling from her eyes. The pain and hurt of those memories coming back, and burning fresh wounds. She was not ment to be alone, yet she had spent far too many years as such.
