Kahjit shook his head. "If it might be a trap, than bring a force enough to handle that." Otherwise they'd end up two wolves down instead of one. "We should bring a small force of wolves, not so many to be a declaration of war, but enough to handle it if things go wrong." If they met in Yina there wouldn't be fighting, so there would be less reason to worry about a trap, but seeking Cheveyo out should mean heading into the werecat's territory, and they couldn't let anyone approach alone.

"I will be handling the negotiations with the werecat chief," Harrier decided. And by negotiations, he really meant making demands. "However, I would like you to come with me, Baba. I know that your wisdom would be most needed." He dipped his head toward the elder. "And I also agree with Kahjit. A small force should be gathered to ensure everything goes on safely." He looked to the guard captain. "I'll trust that you can take care of gathering such a force?"

The Misae twins both bristled at the comment, a reaction more noticeable by Indigo, whose hackles stood on end.
"What about us?" Tuari said indignantly. "I trust we'll be part of that force, won't we?"

The elder gave a sigh. "Fine, it sounds like a plan," he gave in. Baba didn't like the idea of Harrier handling the negotiations; he was afraid his arrogance would turn the talks to a brawl. However, at least Harrier was reluntant to have him come along. Hopefully, the advisor will put in some sense and will keep the talks civil...hopefully.
He turned towards the twins who wanted part in the plan. While Indigo was good enough to go, he was afraid of Tuari's injury being a problem, especially if anything goes wrong. "Indigo can go, but Tuari, you can't. I'm afraid that your injury will become a problem if things go violent."

Kahjit bobbed his head, completely appeased by Harrier's decision. When Baba reminded them of Tuari's injury, he frowned at the twins. He had expected to take both, but it wouldn't be right to further injure the twins. He leaned closer, mismatched eyes focusing on the offending shoulder as though he could see the wound through the bandages, before he turned toward's Baba. "If the healer say's he can go, he can go."

"Watch your tone," Harrier growled at the Misae twin. If he had been in werewolf form, his own hackles might have rose- in fact, he may have reminded them just why he was the alpha here. However, as it was he remained where he was. "Captain Sekani will be making the selection of who will go and who will not." That is, after all, the entire point of having a guard captain. He paused a moment before asking, "How long will you need to prepare a force to leave?"

The twins broke into an angry babble at once.
Come on!
"It's a pain, yeah, but that doesn't mean I can't use it when I need to-"
If things go violent is when you're going to need both of us most, the more the better-
"It's just a scratch, it's gotten loads better-"
If I can go, he should be able to-
"If the healer says he can go, he can go," interrupting them, Kahjit had moved forward to examine Tuari's shoulder. Rubbing it absently, the twin nodded.
"Right. I'll go see her." He flinched as his gaze swiveled unintentionally to his Alpha, who looked less than pleased. Muttering a halfhearted apology under his breath, he turned and disappeared into the trees, intending to get cleared before he was left behind. Finding that the overbearing stench of blood and Werecat was beginning to get unbearable, Indigo shifted back to his Human form, wiping dirt from his hands on his pants.

It was true that they needed numbers and their help was needed, but Tuari's injury could provide a weakness for the group. However, when Kahjit suggested that they should check the healer, it seemed to silenced them. The healer would have a better opinion than Baba's on this matter. Still, if things go haywire, he could only hope his injury didn't harm him even more.

Kahjit watched Tuari go, the other's form starting to blur just before he disappeared completely into the trees. The twins needed to learn to watch themselves better in the presence of authority figures, especially the alpha. He didn't want to teach them that lesson, but learning it would probably prevent farther romps into bear claws. He looked back, replying promptly to Harrier, "By tomorrow morning."

Harrier nodded. "Then we will meet midmorning at the border to Feryn," he decided. And that would be that. No arguments there. He dipped his head to the guard captain and then to his advisor. "We will bring these foul creatures the justice that they deserve." With that, he shifted the satchel he had, forming into wolf form before running off back towards their dwellings. He had preparations of his own to make...
