Ashemir almost groaned when he hit the ground, having expected his head to have landed on a patch of moss or something, but he remained completely still and quiet. Hearing footsteps approaching him, he made sure to simulate breathing before she caught on to something else being wrong. As he laid there, he wondered how well he could launch an attack on his own while his eyes were closed, but at the sound of clinking chains, he held off on his own plan, tensing up significantly.

She didn't even have a chance to react. As soon as Yeszlin's eyes left the upright man, she heard the chain and tensed. Her pack fell from her shoulder as she was yanked from her feet and she snarled in an animalistic way. And she realized she was going to have a hard time with this because she went to shift and nothing happened. She was stuck. She took ahold of the chain and started pulling back, struggling against it as she got to her feet. She locked her legs and dug her heels into the ground, her blue-green eyes sparking with rage. "I knew I shouldn't have trusted you," she snapped at Seriah, forgetting Ashemir on the ground, assuming he really was unconscious. "The forest warned me and I ignored it! Let. Me. GO! You BASTARD!" Her voice rang out and she yanked back on the chain wildly, attemping to free her neck from it.

Seriah shrugged, almost looking apologetic, "Trust your instincts, I suppose." He matched her strength as she pulled back on the chain, forcing them into a stand still. But unlike her, he had unconscious back up. He did hope Ashemir would get up soon- if it turned out the other vampire was narcoleptic, and just hadn't bothered to tell him, he was not going to be happy.

When it sounded that Yeszlin was more focused on Seriah, Ashemir leapt to his feet and assessed the situation. The both of them were pulling on Seriah's chain at a standstill, and the blonde thought quickly on what he should do, just glad that the woman hadn't ripped his throat out when she was so close. He stooped down and picked up a sizable rock in both of his hands, stepping up behind Yeszlin before he went to crack the rock over the werewolf's head and knock her unconscious.

Yeszlin became dead weight almost instantly. And with Seriah tugging against her, when her strength disappeared she was yanked off her feet. She was now fighting against the black that was welling at the edges of her vision and she struggled to keep her eyes open, seeing clusters of white stars in her eyes. She managed to get up on her hands and knees and lift her gaze to the one with the silver chain around her neck. "You're going to pay," she slurred, her words sounding funny to hear ears. The last thing she saw before her vision swirled and her eyes rolled back was Seriah's face. She dropped back down with a soft 'thump', out cold.

Would he pay? Probably. Eventually, anyway. Seriah waited for a long moment after all the strength seemed to have left Yeszlin. When he was fairly certain she wasn't going to bounce back up, he removed the rest of the chain from his shoulders, and walked over to work on properly tying her up. He grinned up toward Ashemir. "Good work. That went as well as I could have hoped." He lifted the werewolf's uppder body, winding the chain around her shoulders. Hmm, a female werewolf with long blonde hair heading out of the woods, "I've never seen her in person, but I'm fairly certain this is their ambassador." He looked up again as he secured that section of chain, adding, "Are you alright? You hit the ground pretty hard."

"That was insane," Ashemir said shortly, feeling the need to bitch just a little now that the deed was done. "That was the more stupid plan I have ever gone along with. I can't believe we just waltzed into the woods and smashed a rock into a werewolf's head..." Well, he smashed a rock into her head, but Seriah had helped! "I'm fine..." he answered the warlord's question before even trying to assess himself. "It's just a bump, it'll go away soon enough," he answered for real, removing another section of chain and a piece of cloth to gag her, and then he went to bind her legs with the silver.

Seriah chuckled, "Well think about it, if we'd snuck in, and tried some complicated plan instead, it'd have probably failed. Just file the plan under 'so stupid it has to work'." Normally he liked things more carefully constructed, but the proof was in the results here. "Why don't you spray some of that perfume around?" He suggested, wrapping the last of the chain to secure her wrists.
Seriah unsheathed the baselard at his belt, before carefully nicking their captives arm. He pressed the blade down just long enough got a small amount of blood to gather along it's sharp edge, before shaking it out, sending a small spray of blood. Had to give the werewolves a reason to worry, after all.

Ashemir finished binding Yeszlin's legs and tied the cloth around her mouth, in case she woke up and thought about screaming.... He started digging in his bag for the lavender perfume, glancing over as Seriah practiced some bloodletting, which just made Ashemir notice how dry his throat felt. Hopefully they would find some sorry traveler to drink from on the road. Producing the perfume, he sprayed the scent around the area. "Going to the beach... and do what, work on our tans?" he said sarcastically as he went about his work.

Seriah gave a startled llaughed at Ashemir's quip. His shoulders still quivered as he quieted, and sheathed his short sword. "Oh, god, that would be rich. We could certainly use it." He scooped Yeszlin's limp body up, before hanging her over his shoulder. He inhaled the scent of lavender for a moment, before nodding approvingly. "I've got a tarp we can cover her with in the cart. Ready?"

"If just to keep the townsfolk from double-taking at the sight of us, I suppose." Ashemir stashed the perfume into his bag and looked over the scene one more time. Lavender, blood, some disturbed vegetation.... It looked like an acceptable scene of violence. "I'm ready. Let's go before someone finds us..." Wouldn't that just suck.

Seriah decided to keep his thoughts on what they could do on the beach /while/ they tanned to himself. "Yes." He agreed, heading the way they'd come from. Hurray, his dungeon basement would finally be put to good use. He wondered vaguely if there was any useful information they could extract from Yeszlin. Well, at the very least he could see if he could get her talking, and just see where that lead. It didn't take long to find the cart, the horse, named Walter the IV (he had an odd neighbor) was happily grazing on a patch of grass. Seriah gently deposited Yeszlin in the back of the cart, wrapping the tarp around her like a taco. To his credit, besides the chains, he'd made an effort to keep it all fairly comfortable.

(LOL, YESZLIN'S A TACO.)
Ashemir looked more relieved when they returned to the cart. Now to get moving back up the road. The blonde drew his lips into a thin line, thoughts straying to Valmar. He looked back to Seriah, judging whether or not the vampire needed an extra hand with the tarp before he asked, "I don't suppose you would want help keeping her in check when we get back to Issilt?" Of course Seriah would... after all, it was him asking.

Seriah smiled, quite genuinely, since getting Ashemir to take an interest in things tended to be close to pulling teeth, "I would. I've never heard of anyone keeping a werewolf captive, so who knows what might go wrong." He was confident in his basement's dungeon capabilities, but if something did happen it'd be good to have Ashemir there to help subdue Yeszlin again. Plus he just wanted to keep the other vampire around.

"Alright. I'll do that, then," Ashemir said. "I need to go back to the mountain and get some things... I'll be back in Issilt in no more than three days. You can keep her under control by yourself when you get there, right?" On one hand, he wanted to sweep in and get out of the mountain as soon as possible, but if Seriah needed the help, then he'd deal with the postponing.
