"What?"
Disentangling himself from Yeszlin, Tuari glanced over at Vieko and frowned. "What do you mean, "an army"? Since when do leeches have enough intelligence to plan something out like that?"
Indigo's attention was focused on Harrier. "We won't have enough time to get to the Humans," he thought aloud. "What are we going to do? They don't...unprepared, they can't stand a chance...."
There was a sudden smack and Indigo flinched.
"The Werecats went to Cados!" there was a small red patch on Tuari's forehead, where he had apparently, reflexively, smacked himself in realization. "After we went to Yina, remember? Their leader mentioned going to see the Humans."

Suddenly what he had meant to be a quiet conversation between he and his guard captain had spread to everyone present. Should have taken him some place else. Well. He listened to each opinion, all coming from different directions. He spoke his own. "I agree that we do not need to send an entire delegation of werewolves to the cats. More people than necessary will more likely cause.... problems." Then Yaszlin wanted to go. He hesitated. "... Very well then, Yeszlin. But you /must/ rest first, understand? You and Vieko will leave tomorrow morning." He listened to the twin's prattle about werecats in Cados.
"If the vampires invaded Cados, they could be dead for all we know. We will send Yeszlin and Vieko. It is unlikely that /all/ the werecats went there, after all. There has to be someone in Feryn. And in the meantime..." He paused, lifting his chin slightly. "We prepare to march to Cados."

Mishaw took quiet consideration of all sides that were presented. It was obvious that she was outnumbered as far as sending an entire delegation was involved. But the pack was going to head to Cados, and the humans. She nodded thoughtfully. Biting her lip softly. This was going to mean the pack was going to war, something she really had not wanted to see happen.
"Harrier, I request to come with those heading to Cados. If we are to fight by the cats and humans, you will need a healer, and I am the best the pack has." She spoke quietly, but firmly enough to be heard. She knew that those going to war were not exactly likely to come back, but she had to do something in this horrible time. She nodded as the alpha required Yeszlin rest before she set off on her own journey. It would be good for her, and once Mishaw had checked her over to be certain of her injuries, which were probably plentifold, she would see to any packmembers who were heading to the war.

"Thank you Harrier," Yeszlin said, giving him a bow that showed how strongly she felt. He had allowed her to head off the day after returning home, and she was certain he didn't like it. But she would have Vieko with her and he was a member of their pack, so she knew she would be safe with him at her side. She had to wonder, though, if the Werecats had all left to head to Cados, and not told the Werewolves, or if there were some stragglers left behind. She righted herself again and touched Harrier's arm with a rather passionate look, then turned to Mishaw and nodded deeper into the trees. "I guess I'll wait for you to finish here and we can go somewhere you can look me over thoroughly, as you wanted," she said, softly.

He felt a knot in his stomach. The vampires were already in Cados, and they'd allowed themselves to be distracted by the wretched plans those monsters had made. If they'd realized.. if he'd realized, they could have sent support to the humans in the mountains on time, and perhaps ended this plague before it spread across the land. Disheartened, he tried to keep himself focused on what they could do now, and not what had already been done.
Were it up to Kahjit, neither Vieko or Yeszlin would be sent to the werecats. Yeszlin might be their ambassador, but she had surely suffered enough emotional and physical damage that she should stay within the warmth of the pack and heal. It was clear from Yeszlin's demeanor that should would rather through herself back to work, though. If being busy was how she wished to heal, he felt no reason to argue. Waiting for the others to settle down after their opinions were voiced, he stepped closer to Harrier, touching the others arm lightly, "Vieko is our only spy. Should we be compromising his identity just to deliver a message?"

Vieko shifted uneasily at the idea of going back to the werecats. Thankfully, the werewolf commander spoke up about that, drawing the spy's reasoning out more easily. "When I went to Feryn, I was not well-received... It was a miracle that I was able to get in and out as it is. I would look even less of a werecat if I showed up escorting the werewolf ambassador." Of course, the werecats might not find it entirely suspicious since he was acting as their spy, but the werewolves didn't know that. Plus, the werecats kinda' pissed him off after that whole fiasco, so... they could just deal with not seeing him for a while.
