"So long I have your trust and friendship, you have no debt towards me," the ranger smiled back. Travis was quite glad that Analisia was taking charge and getting accountablity. It was one of the many traits he admired about her. "If you need to be rearmed, I do have a stash of weapons in my living room, if you haven't guessed by now," he stated, "I do believe I have two scimitars, a longsword, a short recurved bow, a crossbow, a few daggers and knives, and plenty of arrows to spare." The ranger was a weapon collector and was one of the many things he spent his money on. And since he was an archer of all things, he knew how to fletch his own bows and arrows.

Simon looked up from where he sat against the wall. "It's just Captain Gladpath and myself. The others have moved on... otherwise we'd be more easily tracked."
Banez nodded to Travis. "I think Simon needs a dagger, but other than that, we're armed." The thought of getting on the move again was making his back hurt already.... "I can try to carry what I can, but I'll have to carry my breastplate; it's too damaged to wear." His shield was also fairly dented from blocking Valmar's attacks, but better the shield than his armor.

Analisia sighed, then nodded. Four... just four against whatever might be out there.... She shook her head to herself. "Travis, you and I shall take turns helping Banez walk. One of us needs to be available and ready to fight at all times. When we rest, I am going to have to scout out, and that means little rest for all of us." She looks at Banez's shield and breastplate. "Can you leave the armor here? It would be easier to head out without it, but if it is too important to you we can take it, I will carry it myself."She gives him a smile. Then looks at Simon. Sizing him up. "Can you walk on your own?" She asks shortly. Then takes out one of the two daggars hidden among her person. "And you can borrow this, it is an heirloom, so please take care of it. It means alot to me, but it has never let me down in a fight." She gives him a small charming smile and holds out the dagger to Simon.

Travis nodded with agreement with the plan. As far as the armor, it didn't make much sense to bring it along. He would understand if it was a family heirloom, but it would just add unneeded weight to their trip and since roughly damage, it didn't serve much of a purpose. "It would be better to leave the bodyplate here. It'll save us the weight," the ranger added. "And Analisia, I would suggest you get a longer bladed weapon. Last time I checked, these vampires are wearing armor, so you are going to have to cut of the head...or destory the brain." He sighed then went off with his plan of the route. "We should make our to Riyer. There, we could ourselves horses and ride our way to Cados."

Simon raised his brows when Analisia offered her dagger, apparently an heirloom. "No, no. If it's that special to you, it's fine. I still have my halberd." Upon being asked if he could walk on his own, he glanced at the long weapon. "I can use this to walk. I'll be fine."
Banez nodded slowly when both Analisia and Travis suggested on leaving the breastplate. "I can leave it. You're right; it would just slow us down." He finally got up from the bed and carefully pulled his tunic back on. He'd just have to be very careful about his front, then. His shield he could still strap to his back.... "That sounds like a fine plan," he said to Travis.

Analisia nodded slightly to Simon, then hid the dagger once more. When Travis mentioned that she should get a longer blade, she snorted. "Travis, I can tear Vampires apart with my teeth once changed, but if you say so.... A short sword is the best that I can deal with." She shrugs apologetically, then turns back to Banez once more. "We will take good care of you both, don't worry." She would let Travis and Banez worry about our route, it was her job to protect the lot of them. And she had a feeling about that... one that meant something was going to happen to make it all extremely difficult.
She left the room to find a short sword, coming back with the blade strapped to her back. "We should leave soon."

Travis sort of forgot about that, but he just wanted Analisia to be ready. He wanted her to have whatever tools needed to fight. Seeing the fact that the plan was well established, the next thing they needed to do was to pack up. He went over to his weapon table and switched out his short sword for a scimitar. The ranger then restocked his quiver with more arrows. He then went over to grab a pack, and started to fill it with medical supplies and food. "We should make one final checklist of things we need before we get out of here," he stated.

((Feel free to skip me after this until I'm really needed. I just wanted to get Zeph into the game.))
Zephyr stood beside Tartus, watching the cabin. She could hear the humans talking but they weren't close enough for her to pick up exactly what they were saying. Along the way here, she'd taken a longsword from a fallen body, just to give herself something better wielded. And she'd hidden her broadsword so that she could come back to it after she was done here. Her shoulder and side already felt much better and, having fed, she felt like she was only just going into war. She looked at Tartus, then motioned toward the cabin. "The Werewolf will cause a problem," she whispered, yellow eyes turning back. "It'd be better if we had some silver on us." She looked back at Tartus. "We attack when they're outside?" she asked, quietly.

Simon made his way out of the bedroom, looking at the cabin windows warily.
Banez worked to strap his kite shield to his back before he started thinking on Travis' suggestion. "Food, medical supplies, weapons, us... I can't think of much else. We need to travel light, so we can't take many camping supplies." He paused. "If we had something to cover our scent, we could keep a tracking party off of our heels." They were still in enemy territory, after all.

Analisia shook her head, camping supplies? What would they need that nature would not offer, except perhaps a warm blanket. When Banez mentioned the scents, she thought for a moment. "Smudge sticks." She said, looking at the others. "If we can make you all smell of smoke and ash, they will not think it is the same party. They will suspect a werewolf hunting party instead, and hopefully be deterred. It may not be enough, but it is really the best we can do to disguise your scents."She shrugs slightly, walking out of the room enough so that she could keep an eye on everyone. Then looks at Simon in particular. "Are you getting that uneasy feeling too? I hate it when my instincts tell me something is wrong and I cant do anything about it." She moves to stand beside Simon, turning her gaze to the wilds outside the window.

"Sounds like a good idea," replied the ranger when hearing Analisia's plan. It sort of reminded him about Ashemir, how he stated he wore scented perfume to hide from any werecreatures. Girly, but quite effective. However, the major drawback is that while it'll disguise them from being human, it'll more likely draw up more attention to them since they were still in vampire territory, and these vampires didn't seem to care much about hiding themselves. It would be much more effective when they're in more friendly territory in warying off any possible assassins that might track them.
After filling up his pack for the trek to Cados, he slung it over his shoulder. "I think I have packed enough for the trip," he stated. Travis walked over to Simon. It seems like he and Analisia were watching the window, suspicious that they're being watched. He took a closer look outside through the window. "Looks like we may have company."
Tartus nodded his head with a yes. He wasn't expecting a werewolf to be there. Did the werecritter support actually come? They weren't suppose to, after what they did to Yina. Maybe only the werewolves came...then again, he didn't remember any on the battlefield. It didn't matter. Luckily for him, he did bring along a silver dagger. You may never know when you need it. Seeing that the occupants of the house were becoming aware of them, he ordered his group to fan out and surround the house.

Zephyr moved away from Tartus, positioning herself well behind a couple trees. She had a good view of the door, but she was out of sight now. Crouched down, she watched and waited, keeping an eye on Tartus for any sign they were to move again. Her yellow eyes were trained on the door and she kept her ears intent on the sounds from inside, the quiet mutterings of the humans they were waiting for. She knew the one they needed was injured. And the one she planned to take out was perfectly healthy, uninjured, and would pose a challenge. She glanced at Tartus again, then back at the door, ready to move.

Banez nodded to Analisia's idea. Sure, vampires would smell them, but the vampires would have to decide if they wanted to gamble on either finding the strangling group or finding a party of werewolves. "Then let's do that. I'm not taking any more risks at this point." He glanced out of the window when the others seemed to suspect something, and his face paled when he considered one possibility. "Travis... do you keep any crucifixes here?"
Simon glanced at Analisia when she also mentioned having a bad feeling in her gut. "Yeah... It all doesn't feel entirely right to me." He looked out again, narrowing his eyes as he analyzed the surroundings.

Analisia looked at Travis, then Banez. "Travis do you have anything that you wouldnt mind me burning, to make a distraction perhaps. Smoke usually draws away the eye." She nodded to Simon, then walked back over to Travis. "I will take the first shift in being ready to fight, if anyone is near here I will stay back and fight them off, I want you to take Banez out a back door or window or anything like that that might now be expected." She looks at him, then gives him a small kiss on the cheek. "Be careful please." She goes to the fire and picks up one of the logs, then uses it as a smoke smudge stick, letting the smoke drift and settle over each of the other members of this group.

With a kiss on the cheek, Travis confidently replied, "Don't worry, I'll be fine." The ranger smiled at her, ensuring they'll make it through. He knew the plan will work and whatever bloodsuckers were out there stood no chance against them, even if two people were injured. He turned towards Banez, "As far as crucfixies, I have one hanging above my bed. Why do you ask?"
Outside, Tartus's men surrounded the cabin. Just like a hawk eyeing a rabbit hole, they waited till their prey came out.
