It hurt. It was too tight. Unlike before when it was merely stopping her breathing, the tightness against her neck was painful. She tugged with all her might in an attempt to loosen it but it was even hurting her fingers now. At least she'd managed to get another breath in when he'd stumbled from her first kick. However, the second kick had tightened the chain enough that she was in a lot of pain, not only from her neck but her side. Stars sprung up in her vision and she felt her mind slipping. This wasn't a game for him anymore. Without her consent, tears sprung up in her blue-green eyes and slipped down her cheeks. "S-stop..." she pleaded, her voice barely anything but a whisper. "St-stop..."

Ashemir kept his grip on the chain, until she started to plead. Feeling that all was enough, the vampire let the chain go slack again, pulling the bracelet around her neck and back into his hand as he stepped away from her. Now that all that was all over, he briskly made his way back to Seriah. "I'm finished," he growled.

"Feel better?" Maybe they should make beating on wereanimals a form of therapy. He glanced back at Yeszlin, expecting to see her sucking in lungfuls of air. Mm, it was certainly nice not being hampered by something like the need to breath. "I'll be back later, sweet heart." He informed her, while moving to rest his hand on Ashemir's back, and steer the other vampire towards the stairs.

Yeszlin rolled onto her side, her back to the vampires. There was no use in trying to fight against them anymore. She was too tired, and weak now, from the struggling she'd been doing. Blonde hair splayed out behind her head, she left her hands against her bruised neck, eyes closed as she wept quietly. Her body shook from it but she said nothing more, no thrown insults or snaps or pleas. What was the point? She would be lucky to escape this with the ability to walk and think straight. Hell, she'd be lucky to be alive. She moved her hands to her face and covered it, closing her eyes as tears streamed from them. She was exhausted and unwilling to move now. She'd just lay here until they came to finish the job. At the promise of the spectating vampire's return, she curled herself into a ball and scooted across the floor until she was as close to the wall as she could get, her forehead resting against it, hands clasped together by her face.

"A little..." Yes. He felt much better. Inflicting pain from one victimized individual to another, as cruel and unproductive as it was, made him feel much better about himself. Seriah's hand rested on more hair than back, but Ashemir went upstairs as the warlord guided him, slipping the bracelet back onto his wrist.

Seriah closed the door when they reached the top, carefully locking it. Not that that would keep Yeszlin in if she slipped her chains somehow, but it on the off chance something of human strength wandered in, it was better to be safe then sorry. "You know you can stay with me as long as you want. But I will talk to Valmar soon."

"Thank you," Ashemir said again. Hopefully Seriah wouldn't be expecting anything out of this, but the blonde also suspected that Seriah was the sort of person that waited for things to come to him, rather than the other way around. Either way, Ashemir brought his arms around Seriah to hug him. He wondered again just what he had gotten himself into. He had just wanted to be in the loop, but it looked like he was just getting crushed under the wheels.

Seriah encircled Ashemir in his arms in turn, giving the other vampire a comforting squeeze. "You're welcome." The blonde suspected correctly, and Seriah was very good at the waiting game. Not that he wasn't liable to push a relationship to where he wanted it, but he wasn't going to over think a hug from someone that'd just been through a trauma.
