Kahjit glanced around, trying to spot Tuari's light fur amidst the darker colors of the forest, but at Harrier's command, he stayed close to his alpha's side. His lips peeled from his teeth, growling lowly at the bear. As Harrier went for the neck, Kahjit snapped at the bear's paws, trying to throw the beast off balance.

Baba immediately ran over towards where he thought Tuari was. Reckless fool were the only words the elder could think of to describe him and his brother. Yet, this wasn't the time complain about their flaws. He was able to find his body in a ditch. First thing he noticed that the twin wasn't responding to his thoughts. He also noticed the large gash on his left shoulder.
Baba shifted into his human form, so he could take advantage of his hands. The advisor went to check the wolf's pulse, which happened to be active. He then ripped a piece of his robe, pulled out a green herb, and applied it to the wound. As he applied it, he added pressure to slow down the bleeding. He wasn't a healer, but he knew how to clean and bandage wound. While his treatment was going to keep Tuari alive, he was still going to need real help.

Humbled, Indigo obeyed his Alpha's command without complaint, circling around the bear and snapping furiously at its feet. The bear was in a panicked frenzy, loud roars echoing off into the trees, as Harrier hung from its neck. It swung around violently, nearly trampling Kahjit, who was at its feet, and slammed the Alpha into a nearby tree. Enraged, and unsure of how else to approach such a huge enemy, Indigo leapt at its back end and clamped down on its haunches.
Meanwhile, Tuari's consciousness flickered on in his head light a small candle.
Ouch! he yelped, snapping suddenly awake and unintentionally flashing his teeth in Baba's face. Bewildered and disoriented, his eyes slid glassily around. The old man was bent over him, pressing something that stung into his shoulder. What is going on?
You got your ass kicked, that's what, Indigo replied, releasing the bear as he shook himself again violently. From his position he couldn't see if his Alpha had been able to hang on or not. Harrier, you okay?

Harrier released his grip on the bear partway through the swing towards the tree, allowing himself to hit the tree with far less momentum than if he had clung onto it, as the bear would have been able to put its full power behind it. He was up again in an instant. I'm fine, he replied. I wasn't made the alpha because I was made of glass.
He backed away from the bear, beginning to circle around the bear to try to see if he could press an advantage. Now that the initial rage had faded, his mind cleared as he tried to calculate the best way to go about this. Kahjit, any ideas? He eyed Indigo latched onto his haunches and he rushed at the bear's side, just to keep it occupied from dislodging the twin as they came up with a better plan.

Kahjit scrambled back to keep from being stepped on, snarling up at the bear as he did. At least Harrier seemed to still be in one piece. Attack from one side, and see if we can drive it back. We'll heard it like a sheep. With three snapping jaws to contend with, the bear might decide it's better off retreating. And if that didn't work, they could go back to trying to rip out it's throat.

Immedately, Tuari came back to life snapping at Baba. The elder was somewhat startled, but he remained sudtile. The twin was wondering what happened, but his brother summed it up quite well.
"Yeah, the words of your brother perfectly fit what happened to you," answered Baba, "Now, the patch I made for you should stop the bleeding. However, I would suggest you don't charge wrecklessly into a bear."
It's not like you listen to me anyways

(Anyone can control the bear(s)! Go for it, I'm running out of ideas!)
I didn't see it, Tuari snapped, pain making him tense. Still, he was grateful for the elder's help, if a bit embarrassed. Gingerly he tried to stand, but the deep gash across his shoulder seared with pain and forced him to shift into Human form.
A tall young man with short-cropped hair, the shadow of stubble, and honey-brown eyes, winced and clasped a hand to the bandages, still sitting on the ground. Nodding once at Baba, he turned to look at the battle taking place.
Harrier had just launched himself at the bear's side; with a roar of pain, the bear swung his head around, glossy crimson liquid flying off in flecks. On some mental order Indigo had joined the Alpha in attacking that same side, while it looked like Kahjit was swinging around to press in on that same angle. It was weakening, the bear- Tuari ground his teeth in frustration.
Just then, movements in the trees behind the four caught his attention. "Hey!" he yelled, pointing with his uninjured arm.

Harrier barreled into the wolf's side before he pushed himself off of it. In one smooth movement, he transformed into his human form and drew his claymore, driving it deep into the bear's side. As he twisted the blade, awaiting the gouts of crimson that would follow, he heard Tuari's warning. His gaze turned as he spotted another bear rushing out at them. It raised its paw, aiming a massive swipe at the guard captain as it roared.

Kahjit heard Tuari's warning just in time, and ducked under the extended paw, moving swiftly beneath the massive creature's body, before forcing his shoulders up. He used the second bear's momentum against itself to compensate for the weight difference, turning the it's lunge into a summer salt that would land the beast on it's back, and leave it's stomach exposed. Provided it didn't recover to quickly.

His breath now coming in ragged pants, Indigo sprang back at the warning, able to avoid most of the chaos. The first bear was essentially taken care of- it had fallen, motionless, a sizeable wound deep in its side- but the second had made a valiant attempt to save its kin. Kahjit nearly lost his head but pulled a spectacular duck, sending the bear sprawling onto its back.
Without waiting for an invitation Indigo sprang upon its exposed belly, latching onto the bear's throat and attempting to deprive it of oxygen. His jaw was much too small for the bear's large throat, and so the killing grip was loose, but the bear writhed in pain beneath him nonetheless, blindly swiping the air for its pursuer. One claw nicked Indigo's chest, leaving a small, shallow scrape.
Help me hold it down! he projected, knowing any sudden movement could easily throw him off.
